Fully Auto Pallet Wrapper T1800FZ-PL
This fully auto pallet wrapper is compatible with other fully automatic equipment. On this stretch wrapping machine, a pallet is first conveyed to wrapping position. It is then wrapped automatically. After wrapping, the film is cut off automatically and the pallet is conveyed to the output conveyer. It is then unloaded by a forklift.
Control System
1. Omron PLC is adopted in this fully auto pallet wrapper.
2. This fully auto pallet wrapper has a sensor to detect the load. It will start wrapping when the load is ready.
3. It automatically cuts and grabs the film when the wrapping is done.
4. The film tension can be adjusted on the control panel.
5. The lifting and descending speed of the carriage is adjustable.
Turntable
1. The turntable returns to the home position when the wrapping is finished.
2. Soft start and soft stop.
3. This fully auto pallet wrapper adopts heavy duty chain for the turntable.
4. The turntable is fully shrouded for personnel safety.
Film Carriage
1. The powered pre-stretch system can be pre-stretch to 300 percent so as to reduce film consumption. The pre-stretch ratio can be specially made according to special requirements.
2. The carriage door opens for effortless film change and film threading.
Conveyor
1. The conveyor of this fully auto pallet wrapper has a heavy constructional steel frame structure.
2. It has heavy duty conveyor guards.
3. The height of the leg is adjustable.
4. Different roller diameter and roll spacing are available.
5. The speed of conveyor is 12m per minute. Other speeds are also available.
6. It has a photo-eye pallet sensor.
Auto Film Tail Cut and Wipe System
Pneumatic clamps are adopted to grab the film tail when the wrapping is finished. The film is then cut with hot wire. In addition, pneumatic brush is also applied flexibly.
Options
1. Additional conveyors and other types like chain or belt are also available.
