Y series reel wrapper Y2000F
Y series reel wrapper is made to satisfy the wrapping needs of paper rolls, films, dipped tire cord fabrics, and similar products manufactured in reels. It provides cocoon type packing so that the products are protected against dust, moisture and damage.

Control System
1. Omron PLC control system is adopted for easy operation of this Y series reel wrapper.
2. The wrap times can be preset on the machine.
3. The film tension is adjustable through the control panel.
4. Pause function.
5. The turntable speed is available from 3 to 12 RPM.
6. The speed of roller is also adjustable on this Y series reel wrapper.

Turntable
1. The turntable returns to the home position after the wrapping is finished.
2. Soft start and soft stop.
3. The turntable is driven by heavy duty chains.

Film Carriage
1. The pre-stretch ratio is 300 percent. It could also be customized.
2. The film delivery speed is variable.

Option
Pallet wrap program and pneumatocyst reel ejection system are available as options of this Y series reel wrapper.
