2. Auto Paper Roll Strapping Machine
  Our auto paper roll strapping machine is specially designed for the paper rolls and carries out automatic strap threading, tightening, and cutting. The maximum tension is as high as 200kg. With packing materials like PP and PET strap, it is also know as PP strapping machine or PET strapping machine.
2. Hand Strapping Tool
  Hand strapping tool is mainly used to strap products. It adopts PET or PP strap as the packing material and carries out automatic tightening and cutting. The strap threading is finished automatically. The max tension is 200kg.

  Auto roll axial stretch wrapper is also applied in the automatic conveying and packing system of the finishing line in a paper mill. It is used to form a cocoon type packing around paper rolls. This type of packing is completely moisture and dust proof. The packing efficiency is 60 rolls per hour.

2. Semi Auto Paper Roll Stretch Wrapper
  This semi auto paper roll stretch wrapper is used to pack paper rolls in paper making industry. It adopts a cocoon type packing and uses LLDPE stretch film as the packing material. It provides extra support while the products are being transported or stored. Its packing efficiency is 30 rolls per hour.
2. Semi Stretch Film and Kraft Paper Wrapper
  This semi stretch film and kraft paper wrapper is mainly adopted for the exterior packing of paper rolls in papermaking industry. With semi stretch film and kraft paper as the wrapping material, it functions to protect the roll from damage. Its packing efficiency is 30 rolls per hour.
2. Semi Auto Pallet Shrink Machine
  This machine is used to shrink the palletized sheet paper. The shrink film is manually placed to the pallet. During the rotation of the pallet, the reciprocating heat guns work to finish pallet shrinking. This pallet shrink machine is powered by LNG (LPG) with the working efficiency of 30 pallets per hours.
2. Sheet Paper Packing Machine
  This sheet paper packing machine uses PE shrink film to pack the sheet paper when it is transported to the packing system by the roller conveyor. By heating and cooling the PE shrink film, the sheet paper is packed in films which protect the product from moisture and damage. Our sheet paper packing machines are available with fully automatic and semi-automatic system. The packing form can be chosen from shrink film packing and stretch film packing. The working efficiency is 60 pallets per hour.
2. Semi Auto Ream Wrapping Machine
  This semi auto ream wrapping machine is used to pack the ream. The wrapping paper is automatically fed and cut. Its size can be preset and adjusted according to different ream size. This ream wrapping machine alarms with sound and flash when encountering wrong operation.
2. Kraft Paper Wrapper
  According to the packing capability and types, our kraft paper wrapper includes one-position wrapping machine, two-position wrapping machine, and semi-auto wrapping machine. WN type semi-auto wrapping machine requires two workers to operate it. The worker leads, cuts, glues, and feeds to both sides of the roll. Edge wrapping can be done manually or automatically. The wrapping of roll is done automatically. The production capability is 30 rolls per hour. WN-1 one-position type roll wrapping machine needs a worker to feed to both sides of roll manually. Kraft choosing, feeding, gluing, cutting, edge folding, sealing, kicking and more operations are carried out automatically. The production capability is 50 to 60 rolls per hour. WN-2 two-position type roll wrapping machine requires tow workers to feed both sides of roll manually. Operations like roll choosing, feeding, gluing, cutting, wrapper edge folding, sealing, kicking, etc. are all carried out automatically. The production capability is 60 to 80 rolls per hour.

  The roll identify system functions to identify the paper roll on the conveyor so that they can be distributed by the control system automatically.

  This system records and manages the information of the rolls and paper sheets. It could work with ERP system, equipment control system and production plans to form a complete information manage system. This control and date manage system help the supervisor monitor the production and track the production quality. If there is a quality failure, this system can help the supervisor to find out where the problem is.

2. Carrier
  This carrier is used for conveying the finished paper rolls. It is mainly comprised of a paper rest, the main body, and the cable windlass. It is equipped with a power plant and runs on the track.
2. Auto Guided Vehicle (AGV)
  An auto guided vehicle is also known as a auto navigation vehicle or a laser navigation vehicle. Without an operator, its fitted auto guided system allows AGV travel according to the pre-set path and convey the materials to the destination. Our auto guided vehicle is equipped with auto loading and unloading unit and can be connected with other conveyance. It is fully automatic in conveying, loading and unloading of the materials.
2. Automatic Roll Storage
  1. This automatic roll storage functions to store and convey vertical paper rolls. It works at a high speed and does no damage to the paper rolls with its control system, vacuum lifter, and crane hoist.
  2. This automatic roll storage can work 24 hours a day without an operator, saving time and cost.
  3. Its vacuum lifter produces no damage to the rolls.
  4. With the computer software, it can automatically weight the rolls and record the size, position and storage time of the rolls. These data are also automatically stored for convenient review.
2. Robot
  A conveyor conveys the product to the working area of the robot. According to different products, the robot uses different hand grippers to grip or suck the products and stack the products on the pallet in a preset way. In a paper mill, this robot can also be used for placing end plates and labeling.
2. Bale Conveyor
  This bale conveyor is combined with a chain conveyor and a slat conveyor. Under the chain conveyor, there is a cylinder to lift the bale. A worker cuts and removes the iron wire. The bale is then transported to the slat conveyor and pulp kneader. Roller connection is adopted between chain conveyor and slat conveyor.
