Wrapping film, also known as stretch film, generally adopts LLDPE resin as the base material. It is made by adding tackifier to LLDPE resin and having the mixer heated, extruded, stretched and cooled. Stretch films feature good tenacity, high flexibility, high viscosity, good tear, heat, cold, pressure, and water resistance. In addition to LLDPE stretch film, PVC stretch film and PE stretch film can also be easily found in the market.

Stretch film has a wide range of applications in the market. It is generally used with pallet to pack scatted products. As a substitute of carton, it can reduce the packing cost of batch products and is therefore widely used in hardware, mining, chemical, medical, food, and more industries. In addition, stretch films allow a pallet to be stored or transported upright. This can save a lot of space.
